G Series Ink Gage is considered a general ink gage as part of the ink gage family of gages

• reliable, easy-to-use NPIRI Production Grindometer measures mill performance to decrease the ink maker’s labor costs, capital investment and power requirements.
• The Grindometer consists of a machined block, 2 groove for sample ink, and an A-1 scraper for draw down.
• Both Grooves are one inch wide and 25/50/75 microns deep at the top.
• The tapered paths are graduated from one to ten according to depth, in ten thousandths of an inch increments.
• The A-1 scraper has two edges which are rounded to a 15-mil radius—rounded edges increase wear life compared to a sharp edge Scrapper
• The Gage has Dual Scale NIPRI MICRON
• Gage is Made of 440C Steel
