DROP MELTING POINT ASTM D127 – This method covers the determination of the drop melting point of petroleum jelly. It is used primarily for petroleum and other micro crystalline jelly.
Consists of electrical heater with temperature control and motorized stirrer.
Complete with 600ml beaker, holding cover, metal test cup, glass test tube, stopper, spacer ring, clamps for mounting the whole assembly on to the column of stand, heater board with 50 mm dia. Glass thermometer ASTM 61C with calibration certificate supplied.
